It can be all you need

First thing. Don't stress. If you stick to it, you will graduate and seeing that your mostly a straight a student, I don't think that will greatly affect your chances of getting into a good college. Well, maybe getting into Harvard or Yale. But trust me, sometimes ivy league schools or even elite schools like Stanford, are not the "best fit" for some kids.
Another thing is your GPA is important. But fret over one bad grade; your GPA shouldn't fall that much. Its okay to slip up and get a C once an while. Colleges understand; they're actually people like you and me. They understand how hard high school can be sometimes. In fact, you could use that "C" as an example or source for a great college essay.
Remember, there are other things that affect college acceptance. Colleges look for SAT, ACT scores as well as GPA. Extracurricular activities are also a biggie, but you seem covered there. Colleges like well rounded people, not just "academically- talented" people.
I personally see no "bad or good" colleges. Colleges are just good or bad fits. There really is no such thing as a bad college. Just keep working hard in your studies, keep involved in your school, and maintain good relations with your teacher. Have confidence in yourself and don't look back. This C wont hold you back.
AND REMEMBER, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR YOUNGER YEARS WHILE YOU CAN.
Answer #4:
GPA does have a huge effect on college admissions, since it reflects intelligence, work ethic, and ability to thrive in a traditional academic environment over a long period of time. But remember, GPA is computed by "averaging" all your grades. Getting a C in one class and an A in three other classes will have the same effect on GPA as getting B's in two and A's in two. Since you are obviously okay with getting the occasional B, getting one C won't change much. You should be fine.
Colleges will see your actual transcripts, but Honors Chemistry can be an extremely difficult class if you get a tough teacher, so getting lower than your usual grades in it is understandable. Especially if you aren't planning on majoring in a science, I doubt admissions counselors will care overly much if you are otherwise a good student. Even if you want to be a Chemistry major, if you get good grades in other science classes they'll dismiss that one as a fluke. Though if you do want to be a science major, you might want to think about retaking Honors Chem. I did that, and understood everything incredibly well the second time. If that's not an option, I guess you could take Chem 101 in college with the same effect. And remember that a given grade in an Honors class is the equivalent of one grade higher in a regular class. Colleges will be pleased that you challenged yourself.
Your extracurricular activities all sound good. I've heard that Ivy League schools favor Lacrosse players, and volunteering is always important. Just keep it up and try to get a good GPA and good SAT scores when the time comes. Colleges, even really good colleges, do not actually require perfection. I drove myself crazy aiming for a 4.0, missed, and still got into a number of selective universities to include one in the Ivy League. And my extracurriculars were extremely inconsistent, too; I kept quitting activities and starting other ones without accomplishing much. You have an edge on me there.
So yeah, chill out and good luck.
