sorry to be the bearer of bad news, as an alumni of UCSD I frequently get updates as to how the school is currently doing. Right not the minimum avergage gpa is 4.03 for incoming freshman, and as a purely academic school extra curricular activities don't carry much weight. If you really want to go to UCSD, your best bet is to go to a JC for 2 years and then transfer over via some of the programs they have available.

Your high SATs with a low GPA kind of makes you look lazy when it comes to schoolwork. At least you have alot of extracurriculars though. I'd say you have an okay chance.
