I think that you have a really good change at getting in a London University. Not only do you have pretty good grades and extra curriculum activities but you also seem to have a lot of drive, which is something that people really look for. You could probably aim higher than you are aiming at right now and if it doesn't work, at the very least you know that you have tried. Getting accepted into the college does not seem to be your biggest problem, but you may find that your biggest problem would be with scholarships and trying to keep up with everything that is going on.
