You are not going to throw well, but you should be able to do better in the jumps.
You did not say what your 100 meter and 110 hurdle times were, so I don't know where you stand there.
The reason the dec is so difficult is that no one can do well in all the events.
Your 400 time is about what the elite dec guys do during a meet, and most of them can not run the 1500 very well.
Your best bet, in my opinion is to work on the decathlon.
